The Acavallo close contact spine free Classic Gel pad in memory foam is specifically designed to adapt to the conformation of the horse and has a unique structure divided into two pieces, which keeps the spine and the withers free, allowing greater freedom of movement in the shoulders and less spinal pressure, all of this with a tapered shape that guarantees a deep contact of the pad to the horse's back.
From the material point of view, the pad combines the non-slip and shock-proof properties properties of the Classic Gel pads Acavallo with the shock absorbing properties of memory foam.

A great strength is to avoid any unwanted movement of the saddle in any direction: forward, back and sideways.
Furthermore, the Gel is able to compensate for the small imperfections of the horse's back, making it suitable also for the backs that are a bit more "rounded".

The anatomic cut of the pad and the technical characteristics of the memory foam allows the pad to adapt and shape itself deeply to the silhouette of the horse, also allowing the surface pressure to be distributed over a large area.
