5. Returns and Cancellations:
5.3. To make a correct return of the products, it will be necessary to follow the following guidelines:
5.3.1. - Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. If not possible, use a box of the same quality. Do not add tape, staples, or others to the products or their packaging.
5.3.1.1.- Return period 14 calendar days. Cost of the return as applicable in each case. If it is due to customer error and the Withdrawal Law does not apply, the customer will bear the cost, or if it is due to company error, the company will bear the cost.
5.3.2. - Products must not have been used in a way that reduces or damages their value.
5.3.3. - Products must be accompanied by the delivery note with the reason for the return manually noted for correct and quick processing of the return.
5.4. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the condition of the products will be assessed.
5.5. At the end of the product review, the refund will be processed via coupon or credit of the amount. We will contact you to replace the affected products.
