1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of purchase is the supply by "El Guadarnes" of the products offered in its Online Store, in exchange for a monetary payment.
1.2. By accessing our portal, the Customer agrees to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the usage rules stated therein.
1.3. Retail sales only. Spanish VAT applies to all sales.
2. Shipping Rates:
2.1. - Shipping to Mainland Spain 8.5€. It takes 24 hours from when the order is dispatched. Check the delivery time for each product below its reference. (Delivery will be made through Correos Express. Valid only for Mainland Spain. Free shipping for orders over 90€ The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. You can check the location of the order once it has left our warehouses, with the tracking number you will receive by email at the following link: Track my order.)
2.2. - Shipping to Mainland Portugal 15€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Mainland Portugal.)
2.3. - Shipping to Balearic Islands (Spain) 15€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Balearic Islands (Spain).)
2.4. - Shipping to Canary Islands (Spain) 22.00€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Canary Islands (Spain).)
2.5. - Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla (Spain) 15.00€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Ceuta and Melilla (Spain).)
2.6. - Shipping to Mainland France 15€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Mainland France.
2.7. - Shipping to Europe Zone 1 16.00€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Germany, Austria**, Belgium**, Netherlands**, Italy, Luxembourg)

2.8. - Shipping to Europe Zone 2 40.00€ (Delivery will be made through Correos Express, valid only for Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania**, Russia**, Sweden, Turkey).
** Depending on the area, delivery may take longer in these countries.
2.9. - Shipping by Destination Price to consult. - Rest of the countries(You will be informed of the shipping price and delivery time after the purchase according to the weight and size of the package.)
2.10. - For all the shipping methods mentioned above, additional costs may apply that will be borne by the customer if:
- The weight and/or volume of the order/product exceeds the limit imposed by the delivery service provider.
- The order must be shipped in several separate packages.
In case any of these situations occur, we will contact you, and we will agree on the additional cost that should be applied depending on each case.
3. Payment method:

3.2. - Payment by credit/debit card.
4. Delivery time:
4.2. Orders are collected for processing the same day until 17:00. After that time, they are processed the next day.
4.3. Orders are not processed from Friday at 17:00 until Monday at 10:00. Example: If you are going to place an order on a Saturday, your order will start to be processed the following Monday from 10:00.
4.4. For products on order or that are not in stock, please check the delivery time in the product link you wish: "Ask a question?".
4.5. The order will be processed once we receive the payment confirmation for it.
4.6. Some product brands have their sale limited to certain countries exclusively due to the distribution policies of Manufacturers and Wholesalers.
5. Returns and Cancellations:
5.3. To correctly return the products, it will be necessary to follow the following guidelines:
5.3.1. - Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. If not possible, use a box of the same quality. Do not add tape, staples, or other items to the products or their packaging.
5.3.1.1.- Return period 14 calendar days. Return cost as applicable in each case. If it is due to an error or desire of the customer and/or the Right of Withdrawal applies, the customer will bear the cost. If it is due to an error of the company, the company will bear the cost.
5.3.2. - Products must not have been used in a way that reduces or damages their value.
5.3.3. - Products must be accompanied by the delivery note with the reason for the return manually noted for correct and quick management of the return.
5.4. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the condition of the products will be assessed.
5.5. At the end of the product review, the refund will be processed via coupon or refund of the amount. We will contact you to replace the affected products.

6. Privacy policy:
6.1. The customer accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy (more information in Privacy Policy).
7. Newsletter:
7.1. The customer can voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter of our Online Store.
7.2. This newsletter will be used to keep the user updated on changes in the Online Store, discounts, new products, clearance products, as well as any other type of news related to "El Guadarnes".
7.3. The newsletter will be issued 1 to 5 times a month, depending on whether there are news to announce.
7.4. The customer will receive the newsletter at the email address with which they previously registered in our Online Store

9. Solutions to conflicts between the customer and the Online Store:
